Today is Ella's 5th birthday! I cannot believe that she is a school age little girl. Every year at her birthday we are reminded that she is a true miracle. Ella was born by an emergency C-section and had an initial Apgar score of 1. To survive with an Apgar of 1 is amazing by itself, but to have no developmental delays or other problems such as CP is an absolute MIRACLE!!!! On her birthday I am always very humbled that God granted us such mercy with Ella and I am so so so grateful for her life. Seth and I always say that God really wanted Ella around and has mighty special plans for her life. I'm excited to see what those plans are. Happy Birthday Ella Claire!!!!!
