Spacious Land

Our move is complete...we are in Blacksburg, VA! We have been here officially for one week. It is stunningly beautiful here. We are privileged to wake up to a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains and dairy cattle every morning. God has been preparing my heart for a move for quite some time and one of the verses that has kept coming back to me is "He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted in me" Ps 18:19. Spiritually speaking I have not felt as though I have been in a spacious place for quite some time. The ironic thing is that Blacksburg is literally spacious. The mountains are spread out, unlike back home, and you can see things for miles. It physically feels better...I know that sounds weird, but it's true. I am praying that while here God would spiritually bring me out into a spacious place. I love this adventure He has me and my family on.
