I do believe I can officially call myself a "soccer" mom. Ella had her first soccer game this past weekend. The league that we are participating in does a great job and the kids LOVE it...including Ella! Ella has stated several times that her favorite thing about soccer is that she gets to run. If you know Ella, you probably know the girl can run...seriously. At practice they have to run 3 laps around the soccer field and she runs the hardest and fastest and has lapped the other kids each time. She is not the most aggressive kid on the field, but she is learning good skills and gaining more confidence everytime she plays...plus she is just having a great time...which I love to see. We love to cheer her on and see how excited she gets when we yell her name.
